Recertification of all Officers in CPR, First Aid, and Stop-The-Bleed Skills
The Town of Manlius Police Department regularly recertifies all their officers in CPR, First Aid, and Stop-The-Bleed skills. Pictured here is an educational session headed up by retired TOMPD Sergeant Rob Winter and being held at the FFD station. Winter is also a volunteer member at the FFD and teaches these classes to community groups throughout the year.
